York Support Services Network is a community-based agency that offers a range of case management and community crisis services throughout York Region, to support individuals with a developmental disability and/or a serious mental illness. YSSN also provides services within the Children's Services Sector, offering Children's Case Coordination.
For York Region residents who are experiencing a mental health crisis, and their family or friends, York Support Services Network offers the Community Crisis Response Service, or 310-COPE.

Yellow Brick House is committed to rebuilding the lives of abused women and children in York Region. With our team of dedicated counsellors, educators, administration staff and volunteers we work hard to ensure women and children have a safe place to turn to if they become victims of domestic abuse.
|The Krasman Centre||
The goal of the Krasman Centre is to serve as a physical hub and resource for the community of Psychiatric Survivors and their Families and Friends serving York Region (Richmond Hill main location) and South Simcoe (Alliston satellite location) of the Central Local Health Integration Network. We offer and operate all of our programs through two drop-in centres, with a variety of peer support, mental health recovery* and social services programs serving people who experience mental health extremes or labels as well as people who experience homelessness.
|Scarborough Housing Help Centre||
Scarborough Housing Help Centre is a non-profit agency whose purpose is to help the people find and maintain affordable market rent accommodation.
The agency works with landlords to provide units at affordable rents. We meet with clients, over the phone and in person, to understand their whole situation and support them in addressing issues they may face in becoming and staying housed.
We understand each of our clients have unique circumstances about their housing needs. We provide additional assistance such as:

Christian Worship service * community and family services provide a range of services to families and individuals including emergency food, accommodation and clothing * music in the park at Jackson's Point Bandshell July and August.
|Salvation Army - Northridge Community Church||
In serving the communities of Newmarket, Aurora & East Gwillimbury, The Salvation Army helps people through various programs from food bank services, clothing & furniture assistance, counselling for men, women and youth to help for seniors, people seeking shelter, summer camps for youth, emergency disaster relief and much more.
|Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers||
Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers is a not-for-profit, charitable organization providing support and educational services to pregnant and parenting young women under the age of 25 across York Region.
|Pathways for Children Youth and Families||
Pathways has roots in York Region reaching back 20 years. As a United Way member agency, we are an important part of the Region's Youth Development Strategy. Our programs and facilities serve young families, children, youth and caregivers.
Pathways has two goals:
1. To inspire and empower young people in crisis to turn their lives around
2. To inspire and empower parents to get their preschoolers off to a great start in life
|Mosaic Interfaith Out of the Cold||
The Mosaic Interfaith Out of the Cold Programs provide safe refuge, warm hospitality and emergency shelter in York Region to the homeless or those in need of food/clothing.
Overnight shelters are operated by various interfaith communities on different nights of the week during the coldest months of the year (November to March).
