Feeding Your Soul - Professionally and Personally

Are you stressed? Do you ever feel overwhelmed about the needs of your clients during the holiday season?

This workshop will be a great chance for Housing, Outreach, and Transitional Support workers to learn about extra seasonal resources to refer homeless and at-risk clients to, as well as gain some insight about how to:

• set healthy boundaries
• manage stress
• enjoy a holiday break—without guilt
